Allergies - My kitchen contains gluten, eggs, milk, soya and nuts. I can create cakes without gluten / milk / nuts, but they may still contain traces, due to being made in the same kitchen. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify me of any allergies BEFORE they place an order.
Payment - bank transfer required 2 weeks before collection/delivery. Deposits are required on orders over £100.
Cake care - Buttercream cakes need to be kept cool and stored in the fridge until 1-2 hours before serving. Once the cake has been delivered/collected, it is the customers responsibility to keep it cool and handle it with care.
